Global Customer Experience & Compliance Director

Farmasi is seeking a Global Customer Service & Compliance Director to join its Customer Service Department in Mexico City. The successful candidate will oversee customer service operations globally and ensure compliance across various markets.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, along with strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
