Global CS Training & Quality Assurance Manager

College Recruiter is looking for a candidate based in Barcelona, Spain, to establish training systems for their overseas customer service teams. You will focus on quality inspection and operational management, ensuring a high service standard in a bilingual environment.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of relevant experience, particularly in call centers, and must be fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish or Hungarian is a plus. There is a possibility to change the base to Hungary in 2027 depending on business needs.
