Global CRM Lead: Growth, Strategy & Analytics

Jobtailor is seeking a CRM Manager to lead our CRM program across the Americas/EMEA/LAC/APAC region. You will drive end-to-end delivery, collaborate with global stakeholders, and own regional CRM performance with data-driven insights to inform strategy.

The role requires strong line management, expertise in ESPs (Braze), lifecycle marketing, and campaign optimization. You will define best practices and report on KPI-driven outcomes to guide business decisions.
