Global Corporate Talent Lead

BJAK is seeking a Senior Recruiter (Corporate Functions) to lead hiring across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Legal, Strategy, CEO Office and other corporate functions globally.

This role combines hands-on recruitment with leadership, partnering with business leaders to attract top talent, shape hiring strategy, and build a scalable Talent Acquisition function.

You will mentor junior recruiters, establish best practices, and ensure a professional candidate experience across regions.
