Global Core HCM Product Leader — Roadmap & Delivery

Iqor is seeking a Senior Product Leader to own our Core HCM product for a global workforce across multiple countries. You will set the roadmap, write backlogs, and partner daily with UX and Development teams to identify and prioritize features used by employees, managers, and HR teams.

You will own product vision and backlog items, collaborate closely with UX/design, and lead end-to-end delivery with development and HRIS support, balancing priorities across a busy, global stakeholder base.
