Global Compensation Architect & Strategy Leader

ON.com seeks a Head of Compensation to drive the global compensation strategy, overseeing design and operational execution for its international markets. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Total Rewards and serve as a subject matter expert in managing compensation frameworks globally.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in compensation, strong financial acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. This role is based in our Zürich hub, ensuring a vibrant working environment.
