Global Client Operations Director

Responsibilities

The Global Business Office Director is responsible for managing a team of one or more global program managers assigned to specific customer(s) or customer groups or divisions. The Director ensures all operational concerns are addressed and customers escalations are handled at this level, providing appropriate lead time and briefing if escalation beyond this level is necessary. The Director guides the team to ensure that site customer‑focused teams thoroughly understand the customers’ needs and expectations, and to meet or exceed those expectations.

The role requires managing customers’ expectations regarding the capabilities of the plant or service area that supports their needs.
