The Global Category Manager for IT Software & Hardware (Sant Cugat, Spain or Indianapolis, U.S.) will spearhead the long‑term category roadmap and command our high‑value IT supplier landscape that drives the functioning of our Diagnostics Instruments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and lead strategic initiatives for the rapidly evolving spend category.
• Manage tier‑one global technology providers and negotiate complex commercial frameworks.
• Translate category goals into bottom‑line value creation.
• Engage with cross‑functional teams (Category, Delivery, Procurement Center of Excellence, global business partners) and act as a key business partner for senior stakeholders.
