As Global Cyber Director, you drive the expansion and profitability of Santander’s cyber insurance globally. You will shape the strategic roadmap, grow partnerships, and integrate value-added services across Europe, LATAM, and the US. You’ll collaborate with insurers, brokers, tech partners, and venture capital to position cyber offerings as data-driven and customer-centric. You’ll own global KPIs, including revenue, fees, and PAT, and lead cross-functional initiatives to simplify underwriting and expand distribution. This role offers impact at scale within a mission-driven, risk-aware bank.
