Global BPM & Process Transformation Lead

Motivus seeks a senior BPM professional to assess current processes (As-Is), identify improvement opportunities, and design future state (To-Be) processes with clear governance across multiple business areas. You will collaborate with six local and global teams to drive workshops and transformation initiatives.

You will document findings, define ownership, and communicate recommendations to leadership, ensuring processes align with business objectives and best practices.
