Global BIM Coordinator - MEP Modeling & Coordination

DataOne seeks a BIM Coordinator/MEP Modeler to support Data Center construction. You will coordinate across design, execution, as-built phases and potentially maintenance, collaborating with engineers, suppliers and contractors.

You will build comprehensive MEP models from schematics and 2D plans, extract quantities, and manage metadata. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and scanning tech is essential.
