Salesforce is seeking a Senior Benefits and LOA Specialist to administer benefits and LOA programs for the US and Canada within People Services. You will serve as the primary liaison between vendors and employees, interpret policies, and ensure accurate case management using dashboards and KPIs.
You will partner with global teams, lead testing for system enhancements, drive process improvements, and develop training for Tier 1 staff.
