About the Job

We are looking to welcome a new Global Application Support Scientist for mass spectrometry to join our team in Turku. The Global Application Support Team consists of top professionals providing high-level technical and scientific support to our customers globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer or field personnel enquiries regarding reproductive health mass spectrometry products and related applications, including troubleshooting, data analysis and technical guidance
• Provide product and application training to customers, field application scientists, sales, distributors and service personnel
• Conduct site visits for higher-level troubleshooting and training
