Global Air Export & AOG Operations Lead

Offshore Business Processing is seeking an experienced logistics professional to lead AOG operations from our Pasig office. You will advise customers on restrictions, coordinate solutions, and ensure adherence to SOPs while representing the client to carriers and the FXL network.

You will negotiate with suppliers, inform customers in real-time, and manage hand-over processes. The role requires creating FAST files per KPIs and supervising Back Officers in a fast-paced, time-critical environment.
