Global Aftermarket Sales & Proposals Leader

Chart Industries is seeking a Teamlead (m/f/d) Sales & Proposal Aftermarket to lead the aftermarket sales team across regions in Espoo, Finland. You will drive order intake, define sales strategies, and coordinate with Engineering, Field Service, Finance and regional teams.

The role requires a degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, leadership experience or a clear path to leadership, and strong English communication. Travel may be required.
