Mandate: Grow the Globe Fiber Prepaid business through maximizing customer value among existing subscribers – upsell, reload, retention, and loyalty
Duties and Responsibilities
- CUSTOMER ANALYTICS & INSIGHTS
- Drives weekly dashboarding and customer insighting
- Drills down and performs complex exploratory studies to identify correlation of business drivers & customer behavior (product experience, customer interests and willingness to buy)
- Integrating diverse and relevant information and dashboards to internal departments to update market profiles and create game plans
