Job Overview

Adecco is currently hiring a Manager, Mechanical Car for a full-time opportunity. This role is ideal for an experienced rail or mechanical operations leader who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, safety‑critical environment and leading both unionized and supervisory teams. It plays a key role in ensuring the safe inspection, maintenance, and repair of freight cars and locomotives while maintaining on‑time train performance and operational efficiency across the network.
