German-Speaking Service Charge Analyst

CBRE Excellerate is seeking a Service Charges Analyst to oversee German service charge reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and lease compliance. You will work with landlords, lead objection processes, and communicate cost-saving findings in German.

The ideal candidate has an accounting degree, 1–2 years in real estate or facility management, fluent German, strong MS Excel skills, and excellent stakeholder communication to support transparency and efficiency across the portfolio.
