Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales motions across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video and social media outreach for B2B (business to business).
Responsibilities
- Identify key points of contact through Sales Navigator as well as all forms of desk targets
- Actively manage sales pipeline with a focus on moving all prospects through the sales funnel
- Document all relevant prospect and customer interactions on CRM (Salesforce)
- Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team to finalize the transaction
- Review and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goals
Work Schedule
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, with a 1‑hour fully paid break. Hybrid role: 3 days home office (Wed & Thu office).
