We’re hiring: German Speaking Junior on Site Supervisor / Entry-Level on Site Supervisor

At IO Skateparks, we continue to grow internationally and are looking for a Junior Site Supervisor / Entry‑Level Site Supervisor to join our team and support the coordination of urban construction projects across Europe.

Base location: Barcelona, Spain. Work model: On‑site position, with site visits in German‑speaking countries. Availability to travel is required, as our projects are international.

We are a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, builders and action sports enthusiasts, specialised in the design and construction of skateparks, pumptracks and urban sports facilities. We develop tailor‑made projects from design to execution, creating public spaces that become meeting points for the community.
