Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for the German market
- Handle inbound and high-volume outbound sales activities
- Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings
- Guide customers through free trials and convert them into paid subscriptions
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure a smooth customer journey
Salary & Commission
- €30,000 gross annual base salary
- Monthly commission target: €600
- Uncapped commission structure with performance multipliers
- Quarterly Super Bonus for top performers
- Clear career progression to AE2 (€35,000 base) and AE3 (€40,000 base)
