German Language Expert (B2/C1)

What will you do?
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely support, effective query resolution, and smooth communication for Budget Management financial processes.
Own end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and client commitments consistently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, WFM, Quality, Training, Insights) for flawless execution.
Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure seamless business continuity.
Provide regular executive-level reporting and performance insights to leadership and clients.

What will you need?
2+ years of experience in the German Language
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong background in client management, operations, and project governance.
