German Customer Support Specialist – Banking Sector

€20,800 gross per year plus a €1,200 annual performance bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, chat and email.
• Manage banking inquiries and front‑desk support issues.
• Deliver clear and professional solutions.
• Ensure a high‑quality customer experience.
• Resolve incidents efficiently and accurately.
• Support German‑speaking banking clients.

Training & Working Hours

First 5 weeks: 09:00 – 15:00 initial schedule, gradually increasing to 35 hours per week.

From week six onwards: 39 hours per week full‑time schedule.

Shift options in Valencia: Morning (07:00 – 16:00) and Afternoon (14:00 – 24:00). No night shifts.
