- Main Responsibilities:
- Leads strategy deployment (SD), ensuring the alignment of the strategies through the deployment of KPIs.
Supports the leadership team creating the vision and strategies for objectives improvement, site master plan, and the management process of BD Excellence components.
- Works closely with the Plant Manager to develop and implement the strategy for BD Excellence Maturity.
- Develops and executes with the leadership team and business unit managers, the BD Excellence implementation plan, budget and CTW plans.
Provide coaching to leadership team in BD Excellence components.
- Developing and mentoring in the zero-loss mindset across different areas to optimize quality, delivery and cost, improving safety.
