**Position Summary**:
The Operations Manager will have responsabilities for the daily operation of multiple DC departments as well as providing guidance and leadership to all supervisor's to ensure the accomplishment of the departmental and DC overall goals.
Communicates with DC Manager about areas and issues that require attention.
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Day to day oversight of multiple DC departments for an entire shift or across shifts.
Oversight of regulatory compliance as it relates to promoting a SAFE environment.
Performs daily activities with a sense of urgency and always making decision's for the bussines.
- Provide best Customer Service to Zoner's and AutoZone store's.
Workforce planning and staffing.
- Ability to manage a total operation to meet productivity targets.
Budget development and performance metric reporting and analysis.
