Engineering Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering team in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for overseeing manufacturing engineering, process development, new product launches, continuous improvement initiatives, and technical support to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Manufacturing Engineering team, including Process Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Industrial Engineers, and Engineering Technicians. Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with the company’s operational and business objectives. Oversee new product launches (NPI) from concept through Start of Production (SOP).
