**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience in managing budgets and forecast analysis
- English skills is a must (written, speaking and reading)
- Must be able to work in the field, spending 75% time traveling and knocking doors within the existing and new customers
- Associates degree - command of written and verbal communications
- 3 - 5 years on technical sales experience within the finishing industries
- Desire but not limited to have Engineering Degree
- Desire to have coating process knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently & within a team
- Multi-tasking skill
- Excellent presentation skills
- Likes people and able to remain calm (no matter what the circumstance)
- Computer competency - including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PPT) and web-based tools
- Experience in working with CRM Sales platforms
