Job Summary
The Project Geology Manager is responsible for the leadership, management, and strategic direction of all geological activities supporting an underground gold development project in Canada.
This position oversees resource evaluation, geological modelling, exploration targeting, definition drilling, and resource estimation activities while leading a team of geologists, technicians, contractors, and external consultants. The role works closely with Engineering, Technical Services, Project Development, and Exploration teams to support project studies, mine design, Life of Mine planning, and long‑term resource growth initiatives.
The Project Geology Manager plays a critical role in advancing the project from development through future operations by ensuring geological models, resource estimates, and exploration programs are executed to the highest technical and reporting standards.
