JUNO Genetics-Spain is looking for a Genetic Analyst to join the team located in Valencia. The role’s mission is to provide a specialist clinical service in a reproductive genetics laboratory, supporting various laboratory departments and primarily focusing on preimplantation genetic testing (PGT). The analyst will follow molecular genetic testing protocols and participate in maintaining the clinical quality performance of the genetic laboratory.
Main responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret results from NGS, qPCR, and other assays, approving results according to standard procedures.
- Evaluate feasibility of individual cases for different PGT tests (PGT‑A, PGT‑SR, PGT‑M).
- Communicate patient results and answer enquiries from health care professionals, providing information and explaining results within departmental guidelines and professional code of conduct.
