Genesys Consultant
Duration: 6 months (strong probability of extension)
Location: core Downtown Toronto
Hybrid Model: 2d/w onsite (open to remote within Canada for strong candidate outside of GTA)
Main Deliverables
- Configure, develop, and support Genesys solutions across chatbot, WEM, and integrations
- Maintain and enhance customer communication channels (chat, email, voice)
- Enable seamless API-driven integrations and operational stability
Technical Stack
- Genesys Cloud / Genesys platforms (WEM, Chatbot, Data Actions)
- API integrations (REST-based Data Actions within Genesys)
- Email design and configuration tools
- AI voice/audio tools (Murf SaaS)
- Knowledge base / FAQ platforms integrated with Genesys
- Web-based support systems
