Become a Genesys Cloud CX Adoption Lead with Miratech, driving change management and user training for successful platform adoption. This part-time role focuses on organizational readiness and process adaptation.
In this role, you’ll leverage over 7 years of training experience, specializing in contact center solutions, to help internal teams embrace Genesys Cloud CX. You'll develop curriculum, create engaging training materials, and evaluate organizational readiness for migrations. Collaboration with Project Managers ensures alignment with project milestones and stakeholder communication plans.
