Your new role
The General Superintendent will lead our client's site teams across multiple active ICI projects across the Greater Toronto Area. They will be responsible for managing and developing Site Supervisors, driving consistency and ensuring project success, along with financial performance, quality and safety. They must be able to build/implement systems, develop strengths within the teams and standardize all QA / QC expectations across projects.
