Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Sales Manager to lead our sales team. This full-time position is based on-site in Victoria, BC. The General Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, manage and motivate the sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Additional responsibilities include meeting monthly sales targets, monitoring market trends, and fostering strong relationships with customers and lenders.
