What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team (Sales Managers, F& I, and Sales People)
Drive new and used vehicle sales performance and profitability
Manage and track KPIs including gross profit, volume, closing ratios, and customer satisfaction
Control incoming trade values aligned with store strategy
Ensure compliance with dealership processes and manufacturer standards
