Job Summary
The General Repair Technician III is responsible for operating the facility, including mechanical systems and other supporting equipment. The technician performs structured inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, routine and on‑demand services on facility mechanical equipment, and collaborates with all key BGIS departments to ensure full support of all activities and a key role in our integrated approach to operating buildings.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Safety Ownership and Regulatory Compliance
- Comply with all internal and external requirements, including environmental, health & safety, fire protection, and legal enforcement.
