We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who knows how to coordinate the team, control the quality of the output, and stay on top of time and priorities. You'll work closely with developers, designers, and marketers, understand exactly what a client asked for, and get it to the right people, done the right way.
What you'll do
- You own your clients' accounts, you know the work inside out and you track every project and timeline closely
- Summarize client meetings and turn them into clear tasks for the right people
- Coordinate across departments so each person knows what to do and why
- Review work before it reaches the client. Catch what's incomplete, off brief, or wrong
- Give clients status updates directly when needed
- Join client meetings when needed and speak for the work directly
