To provide a flexible, efficient quality service extending care and consideration to patients, staff and visitors.To receive work requests via Telephone, e-mail, face to face and the Trust’s in-house task Management System (TMS). (PRS System – Include My Care System/Devices), take prompt and appropriate action in a courteous and helpful manner.
