**Purpose of the Job**
- We are seeking a seasoned General Manager in Mexico to guide and support our colleagues in driving operational performance to help retain and grow clients in each respective country.
The role is focused on ensuring strong compliance and governance in the country, driving a relentless pursuit of excellence in support of client growth.
As General Manager you will be the go-to escalation point for country operational concerns and a key influence in shaping the country's alignment with global standards and initiatives.
This role requires navigation of complexity, bridging Client Engagement, Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Legal, and People + Talent into a unified, high-performing team.
