What you will do

The purpose is to lead the execution of the business strategy and to drive the performance of the retail network in your market for Mack Trucks, Inc. This role is responsible for the management of the total brand portfolio to optimize the product offerings and services to our customer base to deliver customer satisfaction, sustainable profitability, and growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Translate Sales Area Business Strategies to adjust key focus areas for local markets requirements. Develop clear action plans and tools to support an effective and efficient function.
• Establish and implement KPI’s to monitor performance and provide reporting analysis upon request.
• Maintains reporting systems as required by Volvo AB.
