About You
You are an experienced operational executive who has led a large, complex service business with significant frontline workforce of 500+ and held full P&L accountability. You bring experience from transport, logistics, infrastructure, resources, mining services, utilities, waste, facilities management or a similarly complex contract based environment where service delivery, commercial performance, workforce leadership and stakeholder confidence are critical.You are commercially disciplined and understand how to manage a business against scope, budget, KPIs and contractual obligations.
