General Manager

The General Manager is the single-point owner of the business P&L, responsible for driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and overall business performance across both retail (Papak Sarap, fresh stores) and B2B channels.

This role will lead the transition from a supply-driven, operations-led business to a market-driven, commercially focused organization, ensuring that all functions—sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations—are aligned to deliver profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in general management, commercial leadership, or business unit leadership
• Strong track record of owning and delivering P&L
• Experience in FMCG, food, retail, or distribution businesses
• Proven ability to scale multi-channel businesses (B2C + B2B)
• Strong financial and business acumen
