As General Manager, you are responsible in providing leadership to a team of experienced Head of Departments and overseeing the day‑to‑day operations, yearly budgeting Planning, Sales, Events (MICE) and Promotions & Marketing, overall safety, maintenances, cleanliness and Food & Beverages division.
You are to provide the vision, leadership and strategies in inspiring your team in deliver exceptional service and to drive financial success in line with the company’s mission and vision.
Job Responsibilities
- To oversee all aspects of operations in demonstrating exceptional knowledge and experience in management. This includes sales and marketing, human resource management, budget and forecast management, cost management, warehouse and logistics, management and maintenance.
