**What You’ll Do**
- Lead daily operations: transportation, warehousing, and customer service
- Ensure service performance and cost efficiency
- Drive process improvements and operational KPIs
- Manage and develop local teams
- Support commercial initiatives and customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and quality standards
- Align with corporate leadership on goals and reporting
