General Manager

• The Country Head is responsible for setting the company’s technical direction and leading all facets of its technological development. This includes providing technology consulting, overseeing digital production and development, managing marketing automation platforms, devising marketing technology strategies, overseeing creative production, handling analytics, and supervising the internal technology and tools team.
• Moreover, the Country Head serves as the APAC COEX representative to clients worldwide, managing client relationships and addressing any issues that arise.
• The Country Head reports to the Global Leadership Team based in the US and is locally supported by a leadership team consisting of the Director of Finance, the Head of HR, and the Director of Client Services.

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Experience in leading and managing the operations of a broadly skilled delivery production center for marketing or advertising services.
