As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a General Manager to lead the opening and launch of a new internationally branded hotel in a key destination in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with 4★ international brand standards.
• Oversee overall hotel operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and service quality.
• Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance functions.
• Manage budgets, operational costs, and key hotel KPIs.
