Link-Worldwide is in search of a General Manager to lead the Bahia Principe Riviera Maya Complex in Quintana Roo. This role demands a strong leader to ensure exceptional performance across five hotels while focusing on profitability and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Hotel Management and have substantial experience in senior operations within large-scale hotel environments, being fluent in both English and Spanish. A third language will be advantageous.
