The General Manager, Land and Property (“GM, L&P”) shall:
formulate the overall strategy for the disposal of the Hotel, Office and Residential (HOR) and Retail, Dining and Entertainment (RDE) developments in the West Kowloon Cultural District (WKCD) as required, including issuing tenders for developers and contractors to execute Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) contracts, Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) contracts, entrustment contracts, etc.;
