We are looking to appoint a new General Manager in Spain , reporting directly to the Managing Director, English Language Teaching, and serving as a key member of the ELT Senior Leadership Team with a significant influence on the future success of both Spain and the wider division.
The role is responsible for developing and implementing the business strategy for OUP España, aligned with the ELT divisional strategy, and for delivering sustainable growth. The successful candidate will have full accountability for the branch P&L, while leading a highly capable team and ensuring Oxford remains strongly positioned in a dynamic and evolving education market.
