Position Statement

Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, the General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all activities of Crown Hong Kong, a multi‑brand business.

The GM ensures the company operates profitably, ethically, and in alignment with Group objectives, while keeping the customer at the center of all decisions.

The GM develops business across brands—Digital & Information Management, Relocation, Workspace, Fine Art, Wine Cellar, Hospitality & Logistics, and emerging business lines—achieving targets set within the local action plan.

The GM leads, coaches, and mentors the leadership team, ensures adherence to company policy, drives operational excellence, and steers strategic execution.
