General Manager for Steel Manufacturing

SISMFG is searching for an experienced General Manager to oversee its heavy industrial steel fabrication operations in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Lead manufacturing, enhance safety, and drive profitability in a growing company.
As General Manager, you will take charge of production, safety, quality, and strategic planning for SISMFG. This senior leadership role requires a strong background in steel fabrication, welding, and industrial processes. You’ll also mentor management staff while maintaining solid relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all manufacturing and fabrication operations
